Dryseal is a water repelling, salt inhibiting masonry protection cream which is deeply penetrating and can be used on all types of masonry. Many standard masonry protection creams can only claim effectiveness of up to just 2 years compared to DrySeals’ 25 years of protection.
DrySeal contains over 25% active ingredient, compared to only 2% for most competition. It works by protecting external masonry from becoming cold, preventing penetrating damp and providing a waterproof yet breathable seal, resulting up to 29% energy savings.
DrySeal has a unique, thixotropic consistency and excellent water-repellent properties on a range of building materials. Dependent on porosity, the effective siloxane ingredient deeply penetrates the substrate within a short period of time where it reacts to become a polymer silicone resin. This means it becomes effective immediately after drying period (normally 3 hours).
DrySeal also protections against pollutants and damage from frost and salt, and prevents water penetration even under wind pressure. This also improves insulation by keeping surfaces dry.
DrySeal has achieved BBA approval. BBA certification is recognised throughout the construction industry as the foremost symbol of quality and reassurance. It is the leading authority on building product certification; a position they've held for more than 50 years.
